BC Emergency Health Services says paramedics treated two patients at the scene, who were then transported to hospital in stable condition.

Mounties say the driver was also injured, but describe both victims’ injuries as “non-life-threatening.”

Images from the scene show road barricades surrounding a stopped SUV.

While police investigated, the westbound lanes of Guildford Way and the northbound lanes of Lansdowne Drive were closed.

The intersection has since reopened, but delays may continue.
