The British Columbia Prosecution Service approved two counts of dangerous driving causing death against 27-year-old Adam Jones-Veneziano of Abbotsford on Sept. 21.

On Dec. 21, 2024, Jones-Veneziano was travelling northbound on Boundary Road when he allegedly t-boned a car that was travelling westbound on Forest Street.

A Burnaby couple, a 67-year-old woman and a 71-year-old man, died.
