TransLink issued a travel advisory that said Gilmore, Rupert and Brentwood stations on the Millennium Line were temporarily closed.
The disruption ended and regular service resumed shortly before noon.
During the closure, the transit agency brought in extra buses to help commuters at Holdom, Brentwood, Gilmore, Rupert and Renfrew stations get where they need to go.

Eastbound travellers had to transfer to buses at Renfrew Station, while those headed west boarded buses at Holdom Station.
The Expo and Canada lines weren’t affected.
Workers did a thorough investigation of SkyTrain infrastructure in the area and Gilmore Station before it was determined it was safe to reopen.
