RCMP say shortly before 8 p.m., West Shore RCMP officers responded to reports of shots fired on Fulton Road near Betula Place in Colwood.

Witnesses reported that shots had been fired from one vehicle at another vehicle. Bullets hit the driver, a 34-year-old man.
Police say he was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made.
Investigators believe this was a targeted incident.
Police ask anyone who may have home surveillance video or was driving in the area with dash camera footage between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. to call at 250-474-2264.
