Charges laid against three people for firearms offences: CFSEU-BC

The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia (CFSEU-BC) issued a statement on Thursday that charges had been approved against three people for firearms related offences.

The investigation started from a search warrant executed in September 2025, police say.

During the search of a residence in Surrey, the following was found, according to the CFSEU-BC:

  • 3D printed Glock firearm parts including receivers, grips, gun magazines
  • 3D printer which was actively printing a firearm
  • Rail kits
  • Ammunition
  • Firearm barrels
  • GPS tracker
  • Loaded 3D printed firearm
  • Methamphetamine, MDMA and cutting agent

Multiple people were arrested at the time but released while the CFSEU-BC continued their investigation.

Three people were charged with one count of possession of a firearm without the required licence or registration on July 6.

Accord to CFSEU-BC, two of the three individuals were also charged with:

  • Possession of a firearm with readily accessible ammunition, without the required licence or registration
  • Unauthorized manufacturing of a firearm
  • Possession of computer data capable of being used with a 3D printer for the purpose of manufacturing or trafficking a firearm
  • Illegal possession of a firearm for the purpose of transferring it or offering to transfer it
  • Possession of methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDMA) for the purposes of trafficking
  • Possession of methamphetamine for the purposes of trafficking

Two of the three charged are currently in custody while an arrest warrant has been issued for the third.

CFSEU-BC says the matter is now before the court and the investigation is over.
