A heavy police presence has been spotted in Surrey in the area of Old Yale Road, near Holland Park.
The Surrey Police Service (SPS) says more information will be provided soon.

The exact location and nature of the incident are unclear.
The Independent Investigations Office of B.C. (IIO) says it was deployed to the scene. It has not provided further information. The IIO is the civilian oversight agency that is called in after any police-related incidents that result in death or serious injury, whether or not there are any allegations of wrongdoing.
