The second annual Vancouver Timepiece Show is happening this weekend at The Pipe Shop at North Vancouver’s shipyards.
More than 80 watchmakers are exhibiting their products, ranging from established international names such as Maurice Lacroix, March Lab, and Baltic, to independent microbrands.

It’s the show’s second time in Vancouver after its inaugural event last year.
The first Timepiece Show in Canada took place in 2024 in Toronto. There is also a show in Montreal.
The organizers say that it is an event for any budget.
“There is such a variety of unique stylings and timepieces, and certainly from a budget standpoint as well,” event founder Jason Hutton told 1130 NewsRadio in an interview.
“It really makes everyone who comes to the show, no matter where they’re coming from or what they’re looking for, feel welcome. And that’s a very important element of the show.”
He adds that the event provides a hands-on environment where collectors can interact directly with the watchmakers.

“During the shows, visitors to the show get to interact typically with the creators or designers of the timepieces or the founders of the brands,” Hutton said.
“To me, that is very exciting. And I think certainly within the watch community, people get excited to meet those individuals as well.”
He says the event’s character can get people excited for watches.
“After coming to the show and having the opportunity to speak with founders and designers and the people intimately involved in the brands, it really changes their perspective in terms of the watch world, but also the pieces themselves.”
This year’s event features watchmakers from France, the U.K., Japan, and more.
The Vancouver Timepiece Show runs on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tickets to the show are free of charge, but registration is required through their website.
